The triangular-shaped property was purchased during the Great Depression when The Church members raised funds to construct a unique structure using Wisconsin Lannon Stone. The Church was dedicated to President Herber J. Grant on June 13, 1933 following its completion on August 8, 1932. The Sanctuary seats up to 400 with a large social hall/ gymnasium and presentation platform, full kitchen, ten classrooms, private offices, lift, baptism font with walk-in tub and private changing room, and plenty of storage rooms.
